Integrative Psychotherapist (Transpersonal) specialising in working with addictions and core emotional, relational, spiritual and social dimensions. Focussing on the roots of addictions, alongside explorations of presenting issues such as compulsions, self esteem, anxiety, depression, spiritual and existential issues.

Navneet (Nav) is a highly experienced addictions psychotherapist with a comprehensive background in both professional training and personal recovery. He holds a level 7 diploma (master’s level) in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy from the CCPE in London and a Master of Science in Addictions from King’s College London. Currently, Nav is partaking in a research masters in psychotherapy and counselling. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Nav is skilled in addressing diverse client needs while maintaining sensitivity to social, emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual and existential concerns.

Nav’s therapeutic approach is deeply informed by his personal life journey, continuing self integration and healing, and maintaining 24 years of recovery from addiction. This lived experience, coupled with his formal training, enables him to offer a compassionate, relational, and dynamic therapeutic approach that is grounded in both professional expertise and empathy.

Currently, Nav practices as an Addictions Psychotherapist with the NHS Practitioner Health Programme, where he provides support to healthcare professionals, as well as in private practice at Addictions Recovery UK and Nav Singh Psychotherapy. His professional experience includes senior roles as a therapist and programme manager at a renowned residential rehabilitation centre, as well as working as a drug and alcohol practitioner within a prison setting. Nav has also served as a CQC-registered manager at a leading residential rehabilitation centre in the Midlands and contributed as an honorary psychotherapist at the CCPE Alcohol Liaison Service at the NHS Royal Free Hospital in London. Additionally, he has extensive international experience, having developed and managed the recovery programme at a premium residential rehabilitation centre in India.

Beyond his psychotherapy work, Nav has entrepreneurial experience in managing family-owned restaurants in India. He is also a partner in a zero-waste shop in the UK, reflecting his personal commitment to eco-psychology and holistic health practices.

Nav is a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), an Advanced Practitioner Member of Addiction Professionals-Registration Body and Network (AP-APM), and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). He is also a member of the Society for the Study of Addiction (SSA), adhering to the highest ethical standards in his clinical practice
